The Brief
Create a unified brand platform for No7 that brings all franchises together under one clear campaign idea. The platform should position No7 as a luxury-yet-affordable brand, rooted in credibility and performance, while allowing each franchise to have its own distinct role, audience and benefit. Prime Forever should have a clearly defined identity and tone, but still ladder up to the same overarching master platform.

The Idea
We created a unified master brand platform for No7 “Believe In Possible”, uniting all franchises under one clear, enduring idea. Rooted in 90 years of skin innovation and inspired by Florence Boot’s pioneering belief in what could be achieved, it positions No7 as luxury-yet-affordable and performance-led, while giving each franchise a distinct role and identity including the Prime Forever franchise, which has its own defined tone but ladders up to the same master platform.

For Prime Forever, the creative concept started with a simple question: What does it look like when time pauses?

If the range is about pausing the visible signs of ageing, then everything should feel held in place. So we built a world around stillness. Movement stops. An ice cream suspends mid-air. A butterfly hangs frozen in flight. People reaching for the product are caught in a single, suspended moment.

We built a modular visual system designed to flex across TV, digital and retail, grounded in a distinctive Prime Forever colour world.

Deliverables included: 30" TVC, 20" and 15" cutdowns, talent and product stills, lifestyle photography, CGI science sequences, CGI product motion and stills, and AI-driven visual elements.
